Grogan was tasked with determining the best options to reallocate space for the ITS Americas Division, which was occupying space in all five buildings (a mix of manufacturing, training, and administrative buildings) creating synergistic and productivity problems. Grogan’s role included the collection of internal project documentation and scope of work for five projects in the planning stage; development of external data; and completion of a master project scope, timeline and budget with multiple options. Grogan completed and delivered the entire project to senior management to meet Ingersoll’s fast track needs, allowing ITS management to properly evaluate their options and select the best course of action.
