The client, in reviewing their CAFM system, realized they did not have current drawings for 88 branch buildings located in 12 states. The client did not have internal resources to fill this need. Grogan Associates was able to deploy skilled surveying resources in a timely manner to meet the client’s needs. Grogan’s resources, experience and flexibility enabled the client to complete the project on time. This brings the number of as-built drawings Grogan has completed for this client to 1324, totaling over 5.7 million square feet.
