Grogan Executives Attend Bank Facilities Forum

In the 2008 project featured in the case study, the bank consolidated 80 branches in a large geographic footprint. The solutions provided by Grogan Associates for each consolidation created substantial savings for the client. Additional savings were also realized by utilizing a strategy that resulted in the elimination of vault expansions. This expedited the branch closings, thereby reducing personnel costs and operating expenses.

The Bank Facilities Forum is a compact, efficient two-day meeting where executives participate in workshops alongside experts in design, real estate, leasing, marketing, merchandising, customer service, and user experience; getting practical, applied ideas and strategies. The 2009 Bank Facilities Forum was held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Hotel outside San Antonio, Texas.
